A Companion to the Forgotten

This man, Narayanan Krishnan, has such an amazing story. He started his career as an awarding-winning chef in a five-star hotel in Switzerland. After a visit to see family in India, he decided to quit his job and return home to serve the "forgotten" poor of India. He makes meals and delivers them every day to the homeless, and often gives the men a haircut and a shave; as he says it, "the food will give them physical nutrition, the love and affection which you show will give them mental nutrition." This man's perspective and dedication is inspiring. He provides people who are otherwise forgotten with human dignity. Would that more of us could see people the way he does.
